Assist in the coverage of events and institutional/pedagogical projects, preparing scripts and scenarios and participating in photo shoots, organization, scheduling work timelines, and supporting the analysis of brand and institution promotion proposals, to promote the brand; Assist the Coordination in planning social media content, monitoring and scheduling posts, updating and executing publications on the unit's social media channels, to keep media updated; Assist and support the Coordination with reports on social media growth metrics, informing about direct messages and comments received, in order to obtain access data from internal and external audiences; Support the Coordination in joint initiatives and communication-related demands concerning the institution's internal communication, providing support in organizing internal and external events, assisting in planning, organizing, and operating events, to ensure smooth execution; Provide general support to the Communication and Marketing area, assisting in necessary workflows and demands, to ensure smooth process execution; Monitor and manage the CRM platform, checking relationship and interaction history with the unit, creating, producing, and sending email marketing to Leads, to identify potential interested parties in the Institution; Produce content and graphic materials for online media (Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, Agenda Iscool, WhatsApp) and offline media (internal magazine, outdoor, folders, flyers, posters, among others), accessing various media, attaching productions, and monitoring them, to keep media constantly updated with recent publications; Monitor and manage visits to the school, either through platform access or direct contact with guardians.
