Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Logistics Manager in Santo Antônio de Pádua. RH Open is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and people management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Management of all logistics processes, from the physical receipt of materials to distribution to customers. Management of carriers, company-owned vehicles, route planning, coordination of material flow, and optimization of loading capacity. Logistics projects focused on productivity improvement and cost reduction. Continuous monitoring and development of KPIs. Preparation, monitoring, and control of the logistics department budget. Coordination of planning, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehouse/depot, transportation, and customer service operations. Interaction with and negotiation with carriers, customers, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and end consumers. Monitoring of quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
