Job Summary: Support dispatch operations by verifying documents, ensuring material security and organization, and guiding teams to comply with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support the supervisor in dispatch routines 2. Ensure accuracy in material inbound and outbound processes 3. Contribute to compliance with safety regulations * Support the supervisor in dispatch routines * Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy in material inbound and outbound processes * Contribute to compliance with safety regulations by monitoring proper use of PPE * Provide support in guiding drivers and assistants regarding routes, priorities, and material handling precautions * Assist in managing yard inbound and outbound traffic flow to improve spatial organization * Ensure, together with the team, that sorting and loading follow standard procedures for securing, labeling, and preserving materials * Support internal and external audits when required Store operating hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.923,43 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
