Learn and master programming languages and tools Support and train software development teams by providing technical knowledge, practical guidance, and continuous support to enhance developers' skills and competencies. Work on system development, software maintenance, and programming languages. Perform assembly, debugging, and testing of programs, and carry out maintenance services on already-developed programs. * Learn and master the programming languages, tools, and frameworks used by the company. * Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about software development processes. * Collaborate with the development team on application and system development and maintenance, following established guidelines and standards. * Assist in the design, coding, debugging, and testing of new features and functionalities. * Conduct analyses and resolve issues related to code errors and application performance. * Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of software development. * Meet established deadlines and goals, ensuring project quality and timely delivery. * Responsible for implementing the 5S quality tool; * Assists in managing performance indicators of Setta Energy's Operations Directorate. * Supports document management for Setta Energy's Operations Directorate.
