The mission of the **Store Assistant** is to place the customer first—both in sales and in the sales closing process—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective, surprising solutions that enchant them. Responsibilities and Duties * Enchant customers throughout the sales process by providing attentive and timely assistance; * Support customers during purchase completion; * Receive payments, and perform cash register opening and closing; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; * Perform daily restocking and department organization tasks; * Assist in labeling products with prices and codes in inventory; * Assist customers in fitting rooms to ensure the best shopping experience; * Organize sales areas and window displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback about their service experience via the "Encantômetro"; * Serve the general public. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Interest in fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools.
