**Daily Activities:** * Responsible for the analysis and approval of architectural projects for stores, kiosks, and common areas, ensuring compliance with the development manual and technical standards. Monitors construction projects for implementation, renovations, and expansions, guaranteeing quality and adherence to deadlines. Conducts technical inspections, prepares reports, provides technical support to tenants and internal departments, and manages the technical archive with updated floor plans and projects. Develops basic layouts for space optimization, supports improvements in common areas in collaboration with Engineering and Operations, and ensures the update of "as built" records.
