Focus on code review and continuous improvement. **Mid-Level Flutter Developer (Remote)** About the Role We are seeking a talented and quality-focused Flutter Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance cross-platform applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the codebase. **Compensation and Contract** * Rate: R$ 4.000,00 – R$ 7.000,00 (based on experience). * Employment Type: Freelance / PJ. * Duration: 12 months (with possibility of renewal). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (business hours). **Technical Requirements** * Flutter & Dart Proficiency: Solid experience in building layouts and state management. * Architecture and Quality: Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture and writing testable code. * Testing: Experience with unit and automated tests. * Integrations: Proficiency with REST APIs and version control using Git. * Publishing: Practical experience with deployment and version management on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. * Bonus: Application of AI in development. **Qualifications and Experience** * Tenure: Minimum 3 years of proven experience with Flutter. * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Mindset: Focus on code review and continuous improvement.
