Our goal is to ensure asset protection, reliability, and productivity throughout their entire lifecycle, driving Industry 4.0. ### **INTERNSHIP POSITION: Structural Integrity Intern (Focus on Finite Elements)** Are you an analytical, detail-oriented individual interested in simulations and structural behavior? Do you wish to work in applied engineering and deepen your knowledge in structural analysis? Then this opportunity is for you! ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Support the development and validation of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models applied to structures and equipment; * Assist in geometry preparation, mesh generation, and definition of boundary conditions; * Perform simulations to evaluate stresses, deformations, and component service life; * Interpret structural analysis results and support integrity diagnostics; * Prepare technical reports based on conducted simulations; * Provide technical support to engineering projects focused on structural integrity; * Utilize digital tools and, where applicable, Artificial Intelligence resources to assist in analyses, data processing, and simulation optimization. ### **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering; * Basic knowledge of Finite Elements; * Interest in computational simulation and structural analysis; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Interest in digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence applications in engineering. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with simulation software (CAE) and technical drawing tools (CAD 2D/3D); * Knowledge of Mechanics of Materials / Solid Mechanics; * Basic programming concepts (Python, VBA, C\+\+ or Tcl); * Advanced Excel skills; * Technical English; * Experience or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to data analysis, routine automation, or simulation support. ### **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive internship stipend; * A collaborative, innovative environment with strong emphasis on learning; * Technical development through real-world engineering projects; * Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies (simulations, structural analysis, digital solutions, and applied AI); * Continuous mentoring and support for professional growth. ### **Work Location** Belo Horizonte – MG (Castelo neighborhood) ### **Working Hours** **9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)** ------------------------------------ Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Field of Study: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree Languages: English (Basic) * Snack * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
