Conducting internal training sessions and procedures **Job Objective:** * Provide administrative support in Production and Logistics, prepare reports and spreadsheets, complete and review documents, update indicators, conduct area-related training, assist in organization, perform truck weighing, enter goods into the company's system, complete documentation related to pharmaceutical items, issue and prepare shipments for dispatch, record invoices (NF), process purchase orders, and issue Return Invoices. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all documentation required for truck entry and exit; handle bulk and mixed-load truck dispatch; manage raw material entry; * Record invoices (NF), process purchase orders, issue Return Invoices, and perform all SAP/TOTVS system transactions; * Responsible for delivering internal procedure training to employees; * Develop and update internal operational procedures; * Update departmental indicators and electronic reports; * Perform other duties compatible with the company's safety standards under the guidance of the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/computer skills.
