Their role ensures the product achieves optimal moisture levels and quality for preservation, involving operation of heavy machinery, first-level maintenance, and monitoring of phytosanitary conditions in silos. **Key responsibilities include:** * Drying Operations: Directly operate grain/seed drying processes, controlling technical parameters of machinery to ensure product integrity. * Storage Management: Receive, inspect, and store products in silos. Assemble storage blocks, count bags, and perform physical inspections, adhering to the Cooperative's quality standards. * Logistics and Movement: Perform loading and unloading of grains and inputs. Inspect and transport loads safely, organizing them on pallets according to instructions received. * Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform first-level maintenance on machines and equipment.
