Job Summary: Join the People Management team as an HR Analytics Analyst to lead Performance Evaluation projects and develop IDPs, focusing on people analytics and a feedback-driven culture. What will be your main responsibilities? Lead the company's Performance Evaluation project, ensuring planning, execution, communication, and follow-up of results; Develop and monitor IDPs with managers, guiding them in setting goals, competencies, and development actions; Prepare people analytics reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions and identify risks, opportunities, and trends; Support managers in interpreting results and facilitating development conversations with their teams; Ensure timely updates and data integrity within HR management systems; Promote a company-wide culture of feedback, development, and continuous improvement; Implement and monitor NPS indicators. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; Experience in team evaluation and development; Proficiency with Microsoft tools; Strong communication skills; Interpersonal relationship aptitude; Teamwork orientation; Analytical capability. ?
