Provide support in organizing HR processes We are seeking a **Process Assistant** to support the organization, documentation, and monitoring of the company's internal processes. This person will play an essential role in standardizing routines, ensuring processes are correctly followed and contributing to the continuous improvement of activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support process mapping and documentation * Develop flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions * Update and organize internal documents and controls * Monitor daily process execution * Identify deviations and report inconsistencies * Assist in implementing operational improvements * Provide support in organizing HR processes and onboarding new employees. * Support internal training on processes **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of flowcharts or process tools * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams * Proficiency in Excel * Interest in learning about processes and continuous improvement * Prior experience in administrative routines * Familiarity with document and control organization Grupo Zancanaro has built a trajectory marked by overcome challenges and achievements, consolidating\-itself as a reference in infrastructure engineering and civil construction.
