If you feel fulfilled receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this opportunity is for you! **Main responsibilities:** Proactively contact beneficiaries and dependents; coordinate clinical care; monitor and follow up on managed cases; identify and enroll patients discharged from Emergency Care Units (ECUs) and new beneficiaries for follow-up; perform nursing operational processes and apply established clinical protocols; ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements; enter data for indicator composition and monitoring; participate in periodic alignment meetings with management; maintain proper operations and service quality; conduct in-person and remote consultations using integrated applications and systems as required by the client. **We seek candidates who have:** Technical nursing qualification; preferably experience as a nursing technician in Primary Healthcare (PHC); active COREN registration.
