




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Production (with focus on mechanical maintenance) or related fields; * Solid experience in mechanical maintenance leadership acquired in Cement plants; * Advanced knowledge in mechanical maintenance of kilns and vertical mills; knowledge of ATOX mills, conveyor belt maintenance, bag filters, electrostatic precipitators, grate coolers and hydraulic systems is a plus; * Knowledge in failure analysis, preventive maintenance, SAP/PM and interpretation of technical drawings. * Ensure your own safety and that of your team by strictly following all company safety procedures, aiming exclusively for zero accidents; * Supervise mechanical maintenance activities on production lines and other equipment within the industrial facility, identifying needs regarding personal safety, third-party safety and equipment safety; * Rigorously plan and monitor maintenance activities through service orders (SO) and schedules, identifying requirements related to safety aspects, precautions and lockouts, activity descriptions, materials, tools, labor, support materials (such as cranes, vehicles, forklifts, etc.), aiming for high-quality interventions delivered on time, safely and at appropriate costs; * Conduct Critical Maintenance Analysis within predefined timeframes, aiming to identify root causes of equipment stoppages or defects by evaluating historical equipment performance, reviewing the content of Preventive Plans for updates, proposing solutions to achieve zero stoppages and zero defects; * Assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget by using historical data and tracking results from previous periods, projecting equipment service life to support budget planning, and systematically monitoring its execution; * Guide work teams, instructing them on safety regulations, procedures, discipline, conduct, workplace organization and cleanliness (5S), promoting team synergy and professional development; * Prepare technical reports on root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of equipment failures; * Manage safety protocols and ensure execution of related activities according to safety, quality and environmental standards and regulations; * Maintain performance metrics in line with established targets through systematic monitoring and evaluation of productivity, quality, cost indicators and other factors, taking preventive or corrective actions as needed. 251019020250644957
