Monitoring of goals and performance indicators We are looking for a Sales Manager to work at the Katuxa store in São Sebastião do Paraíso \- MG, responsible for store management, team leadership, and result monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Manage store operations, ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and results. * Lead, develop, and engage the team by conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and delivering training. * Monitor and analyze goals and performance indicators (sales, productivity, shrinkage, inventory). * Ensure excellence in customer service and a positive shopping experience. * Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support administrative tasks. * Resolve daily operational conflicts and demands. * Maintain store organization, inventory management, and compliance with internal policies. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Store Manager or in leadership roles within retail. * Experience in people management and goal tracking. * Strategic, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. * Flexible availability. * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus).
