Job Summary: An Occupational Safety professional responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring safety activities, ensuring compliance and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate safety activities and ensure compliance with regulations 2. Conduct inspections, plan actions, and train teams on safety 3. Monitor targets, audit processes, and contribute to continuous improvement **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate occupational safety activities by assigning tasks; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations through implementation of safety policies; * Inspect workplaces using checklists; * Plan occupational safety activities based on risk analysis; * Train teams on occupational safety techniques through training programs; * Monitor deadline and target compliance using progress reports; * Conduct safety audits through regular inspections; * Collaborate with other teams to integrate activities through planning meetings; * Report activity progress to supervisors via detailed reports; * Participate in safety meetings to discuss continuous improvements; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational safety processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Solid knowledge of conducting compliance audits and action plans; * Knowledge of accident investigation and analysis processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Certification: NR 04\- Specialized Service in Occupational Medicine and Safety. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
