Carry out operational activities for technical or administrative support; 2\. Provide pre-organized information regarding the unit's products and services; 3\. Generate formatted reports of various types to support decision-making; 4\. Format and update materials for presenting data and information to different audiences, under guidance; 5\. Draft texts (letters, memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, e\-mails, etc.) clearly, concisely, and grammatically correctly. AUTONOMY: Limited to supporting/implementing solutions. Follows general guidelines and works under general supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed high school. Professional Experience: **Experience (minimum of 6 months) in:** Prospecting new customers; Solid experience in entrepreneurial customer service; Data collection and tabulation, with a focus on continuous process and project improvement; Organizing physical and/or virtual documents, preparing reports, and supporting operational processes.
