**Job Title: Customer Service and Support Assistant** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Customer Service and Support Assistant with excellent communication and organizational skills to provide high-quality service to our customers, both in person and over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for answering questions, offering products, closing sales, and providing full support for equipment leasing operations. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person and by phone, identifying their needs and offering customized solutions. * Register new customers and record information in the system. * Process and organize all documentation related to leasing services, such as contracts and receipts. * Manage Service Orders (Leasing Shipments), tracking and updating them in the system. * Organize and manage delivery and return schedules using tools like Trello. * Plan delivery routes, prioritizing requests as needed. * Assist the logistics team in facilitating equipment deliveries, exchanges, and returns. * Update equipment status in the system and process leasing service invoices. * Issue payment slips, invoices, receive payments, and perform daily cash management. * Conduct collections from delinquent customers and manage accounts payable and receivable in the system. * Carry out all job-related tasks as directed by supervisors. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service and phone support. * Skills in negotiation and closing sales. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document management and route planning. * Basic knowledge of management tools and financial control systems. * Proactive attitude and good communication for effective teamwork.
