




**Position exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age.** Responsible for producing a variety of breads, cakes, pies, and other bakery items in accordance with the company's quality standards. Prepare dough, monitor fermentation processes, bake products, and ensure proper presentation and flavor of finished items. Additionally, must strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations and collaborate with the team to maintain the bakery's operational efficiency. **We encourage applications from candidates over 40 years of age.** Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a baker, preferably in high-volume production environments. * Solid knowledge of baking techniques and use of bakery equipment. * Organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of good food hygiene and safety practices. * Flexibility to work alternative shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
