Ensure field technical team efficiency and daily scheduling 2. Ensure technical and behavioral quality of the team 3. Ensure infrastructure integrity and mapping accuracy Lead and manage field operations to ensure maximum team productivity, technical execution excellence, and full compliance of network infrastructure. * Ensure field technical team efficiency and adherence to daily schedules, verifying Service Orders (SOs), validating priorities, and organizing logistics and materials; * Ensure technical and behavioral quality of the team and promote professional development; * Ensure infrastructure integrity and network mapping accuracy; * Maintain and ensure proper use of company assets and workplace environment; * Coordinate information flow and report performance and anomalies to senior management and other departments.
