Description: * Completed higher education in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology or related fields; * Knowledge of sustainability certification standards will be an important advantage to enhance the quality of our projects; * Intermediate to advanced English skills to facilitate communication in a global environment and with international partners; * Familiarity with coffee culture is a plus that enhances understanding of our business; * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel, for accurate data analysis and reporting; * Basic knowledge of audit processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices; * Exceptional interpersonal skills: clear communication, collaborative relationships, organization, responsibility, and effective time management will be essential in daily activities. * Lead sustainability processes for the Coffee business in your region, with hands-on fieldwork and active support in executing transformative projects. * Analyze and monitor strategic data from sustainability programs, ensuring each action generates real and measurable impact. * Manage and develop groups of producers, using purchase and engagement data to identify opportunities for growth and strengthening of the production chain. * Track producer progress in certification programs, updating key indicators and supporting continuous improvement planning. * Ensure effective execution of project action plans, controlling costs and monitoring results to maintain alignment with strategic objectives. * Contribute to the technical development of stakeholders by supporting training and capacity-building initiatives, from logistical organization to participant follow-up, promoting sustainable community growth. * Proactively support customer communications by preparing reports and data that highlight the value and outcomes of projects. * Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, aligned with our Integrated Management Policy and the company's ethical values. 2510240202201828751
