Planning and monitoring of activities for efficiency and quality **The Frutal/MG brewery is hiring a Packaging Coordinator who will be responsible for:** * Coordinating the packaging area team and resources to ensure achievement of production targets, product quality, workplace safety, and team development, in alignment with Cervejaria Cidade Imperial’s culture and policies; * Leading, motivating, and developing the packaging operators team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment; * Managing team performance by tracking individual KPIs and providing continuous feedback; * Identifying team training and development needs, implementing initiatives to enhance employees’ skills and competencies; * Conducting recruitment and selection processes for new packaging operators. * Responsible for meritocracy and promotion processes; * Resolving conflicts and promoting team harmony; * Planning and organizing packaging activities, setting production targets, work schedules, and resource allocation; * Monitoring packaging line performance, tracking production indicators such as efficiency, productivity, and quality. **Requirements/Experience:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Willingness to relocate and travel; * Postgraduate degree in: Human Resources Management, Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields; * Relevant experience in the beverage industry; * Knowledge of N12, Occupational Safety, and Brewing.
