Maintain safety and preservation of equipment **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate waste collection teams. Organize and monitor collection routes and schedules; Coordinate and supervise waste collection and multitasking teams for weeding, mowing, and maintenance of public buildings, squares, and gardens; Monitor service execution to ensure quality and efficiency. Control staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Guide team members on operational procedures. Record and report incidents, delays, failures, or accidents. Inspect vehicle, equipment, and tool conditions. Act as a liaison between the operational team and management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of work equipment. Ensure use of PPE and compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Leadership and people management skills; organization, responsibility, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
