We believe that when people from different cultures, genders, and perspectives come together, everyone benefits. **Your Day-to-Day at Medtronic** * Daily verification of orders in the information system to ensure they were entered correctly and in accordance with customer requests; * Frequent analysis of pending items and stock availability to ensure correct release; * Daily handling of customer and sales team requests, ensuring they are analyzed and addressed in the best possible manner; * Receiving sample and promotional orders and requesting necessary approvals, ensuring billing complies with company requirements; * Receiving, analyzing, and requesting approval for returns, ensuring required criteria are met; * Contributing to critical process analysis, identifying opportunities, and suggesting improvements; * Supporting the Government Channel team when needed: + Preparing and submitting documentation for participation in Public Tenders, as well as samples (when requested); + Maintaining updated documents required for tender participation (negative certificates); + Preparing price proposals based on approved commercial policies; + Participating in electronic auctions, entering and coordinating proposals; + Monitoring and preparing reports on tender results; + Monitoring tender outcomes and purchase orders with the Sales/Marketing team and Public Agencies, whenever necessary; * Following norms and guidelines defined by your immediate supervisor, adhering to responsibilities outlined for your position in the Quality Manual and Quality documents; Following guidelines and processes outlined in the Safety, Medicine, and Environment Manual. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Knowledge of PolySuture and imported suture description/coding is desirable; * Familiarity with the Microsiga system is desirable. **About Medtronic** Together, we can transform healthcare worldwide.
