This is a challenging yet highly rewarding position with opportunities for career advancement within the company. ✓ Manage the entire commercial department; ✓ Develop strategic plans for sales, marketing, and communications; ✓ Implement activities and coordinate their execution; ✓ Advise the executive board and company departments; ✓ Manage human resources, including hiring, firing, and overseeing employee work schedules, vacations, etc.; ✓ Administer material and financial resources; ✓ Promote safety, health, and quality conditions; participate in the company’s strategic decision-making process; ✓ Participate in formulating company policies; ✓ Develop and establish sales strategies; ✓ Monitor store assets and leased equipment (beer dispensers, gas cylinders, barrels, bottle coolers, containers, tabletop games, thermal boxes, etc.); ✓ Monitor and inspect the vehicle fleet; ✓ Verify cleanliness, proper arrangement of merchandise on shelves, refrigerators, and cold rooms, arranging restocking as needed; ✓ Place purchase orders as instructed by the system; ✓ Monitor receipt of goods and deliveries; ✓ Monitor deliveries made by delivery personnel and motorcycle couriers; ✓ Manage inventory, aiming to reduce shrinkage; ✓ Monitor and arrange storage space for returns; ✓ Train staff on customer service, cashier duties, and sales, providing information on sales campaigns, promotions, new product launches, daily/weekly/monthly offers, shelf pricing (in gondolas, refrigerators, and display islands), and tracking sales performance of high- and low-turnover items; ✓ Monitor gross margins, TTV, and TTC; conduct weekly price surveys at major AS stores, convenience stores, and wholesale outlets; ✓ Train coordinators and other staff members; ✓ Supervise customer service in-store, via delivery, and at drive-thru; ✓ Set monthly targets for revenue, shrinkage, and operating costs, etc.; ✓ Lead the team toward achieving targets, boosting team morale, and fostering a positive work environment; ✓ Resolve conflicts involving employees, delivering feedback (both strengths and areas for improvement for each staff member); ✓ Maintain individual personnel files for each employee; ✓ Train and motivate the team, and propose the weekly work schedule and time-off rotations; ✓ Review and supervise timecard control and registration; ✓ Participate in interviews for prospective employees and their onboarding; ✓ Issue fiscal invoices for sellable and non-sellable items; ✓ Verify invoice entries and submit them weekly to the Accounting Office; ✓ Organize and maintain document archives, including Articles of Incorporation, various contracts (leases and others), employee folders, and store documents; ✓ Submit timecards to the HR department at the Accounting Office; ✓ Collect payroll signature confirmations; ✓ Prepare documentation for new employees; ✓ Schedule periodic medical examinations; ✓ Complete reports established by the executive board; ✓ Supervise cash register opening and closing procedures; ✓ Perform bank deposits; ✓ Monitor and propose actions for collecting overdue receivables; ✓ Conduct weekly reconciliation of sales data versus system records versus bank statements (cash register balancing).
