




Deliver classes with appropriate competence regarding the subject matter to be taught, as well as the institution’s guidelines for the school, adhering to internal rules and procedures. Ensure students’ well-being and foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. * Be familiar with teaching materials/pedagogical proposals, regulations, policies, and relevant legislation governing the school’s activities; * + Plan and organize classes in advance; + Prepare assessments promptly using standardized formatting; + Develop and research supplementary teaching materials in collaboration with the pedagogical coordination team; + Assist in organizing and implementing events scheduled in the academic and administrative calendar, taking leadership in events and activities related to the subject taught; + Participate in planning and implementing educational programs and projects; + Attend class councils, pedagogical meetings, and study groups or training sessions; + Mediate classroom conflicts, seeking peaceful and supportive resolutions; + Substitute for other teachers when necessary; + Support students’ learning by ensuring conditions conducive to their physical and mental health; + Develop and implement a work plan aligned with the school’s pedagogical proposal; + Design and implement remedial strategies for low-performing students; + Conduct the scheduled instructional days and class hours, and fully participate in periods dedicated to planning, assessment, and professional development; + Collaborate with school-family-community engagement activities; + Carry out daily duties in a manner that fosters mutual respect and relationships conducive to learning; + Accurately, precisely, and promptly record all documentation related to lesson delivery, student attendance, and academic performance; + Record daily working hours on the time sheet; + Maintain and safeguard school property, cleanliness, and the school’s reputation; + Comply with all provisions set forth in the school’s regulations, directives issued by higher authorities, and federal, state, and municipal legislation; + Attend events, courses, trainings, and meetings whenever requested or upon personal initiative—subject to authorization by the School Administration—to enhance professional development; + Fully comply with assigned working hours and scheduled shifts; + Maintain and promote a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other members of the school community; + Perform duties competently, consistently, punctually, responsibly, diligently, discreetly, and honestly; + Fulfill work plans according to goals and standards established by the School Administration.
