Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the warehouse team across Cimed's three sites. * Supervise the receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of maintenance materials. * Ensure proper identification, location assignment, and preservation of inventory items. * Control minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels. * Monitor inventory turnover, obsolescence, and low-movement materials. * Support the definition of critical stock levels based on asset criticality (ABC Curve). * Reduce losses due to expiration, damage, or improper storage. * Collaborate closely with PCM in maintenance scheduling. * Ensure material availability for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance. * Support asset reliability through appropriate spare parts management. * Support the team in developing warehouse performance indicators. * Ensure accurate material movement and traceability within the system (SAP), complying with compliance policies. * Supervise periodic and general inventories, ensuring high accuracy. * Standardize warehouse processes, procedures, and operational workflows. * Manage attendance records, vacations, and irregularities of team members. * Manage warehouse action plans (Ciged, continuous improvement group anomalies, and failure analyses). * Conduct regular warehouse meetings. * Ensure completion of traceability forms and compliance with internal and external audits. * Plan and prioritize work orders jointly with Production, Quality, and Safety departments, minimizing impact on plant availability. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations (NRs, internal rules, lockout/tagout, working at heights, confined space entry, etc.). * Actively embody the company's internal culture and policies. * Be available to work all three shifts and support factory operations on non-working days when necessary, as well as work across all three Cimed sites. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is mandatory. * Availability to work all three shifts and support factory operations on non-working days when necessary. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, according to departmental needs. * Location: Site I in Pouso Alegre, with availability to support other manufacturing plants. * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48, with shift availability as needed. * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** flowing through our veins, and we want everyone, anywhere in the country, to have access to quality healthcare—after all, for us, medicine has no social class.
