We operate within a dynamic, collaborative environment committed to developing people and projects. **Responsibilities** * Performing layout marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls. * First-time assembly following apartment color coding and numbering: separate corner components and two panels; apply release agent; install pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; then proceed sequentially according to numbering until all walls are fully assembled; install EQLS (radii and pins) to begin ceiling formwork assembly; install ceiling panels (FL) following project modular layout and immediately support the ceiling with props; run wall-mounted tie rods to assemble the exterior wall next; install sleeves and begin facade assembly; after completing facade assembly, install cycle panels (CPCD) and small posts to construct the peripheral structure; apply release agent to the slab. **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience as a metal formwork assembler — verified via employment record. * If no formal verification exists, candidate will work for three months as an assistant and be promoted upon demonstrating practical competence in the role. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Breakfast provided at the workplace. * Production bonus.
