If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the project, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Ensure and implement project management methodologies throughout all project phases; * Guarantee quality in technical and project management documentation; * Ensure integrity in Master Plan planning; * Ensure integrity regarding safety throughout the entire project; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regional and global Capex teams; * Ensure integration with all areas involved at Alcoa as required by the project; * Conduct routine project meetings; * Develop and control action plans, applying PDCA across all technical and management aspects of the project; * Control and map project-related risks; * Develop the project’s Total Cost Investment; * Deliver presentations to approval committees at each project phase; * Develop the work plan for each project and procurement scopes; * People and Process Management; * Manage the Project Portfolio aligned with business strategy, including monthly targets for execution of the Annual Project Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Familiarity with FEL methodology; * Primavera P6 – Advanced; * MS Project – Advanced; * Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced; * Experience in Mining Portfolio Management; * Availability for **onsite work in Poços de Caldas/MG**, without field breaks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Project Management; * Power BI – Advanced; * PMP / PMI Certification. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office – Onsite (No field breaks); * Work Location: 8 AM to 5 PM; * Working Hours: Poços de Caldas/MG. **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Gympass Partnership; Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions. * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
