People management and conflict resolution We are looking for a **Kiosk Assistant Manager (Photographic Products)** with experience in people management to join our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the team, ensuring organization and efficiency in daily operations. * Perform daily cash closing and ensure compliance with internal processes. * Execute cash withdrawals and secure transport of cash bags with full accountability. * Develop and train the team, promoting excellence in customer service and task performance. * Create work schedules * People and conflict management **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team leadership. * Knowledge of cash closing and financial management processes. * Skills in team training and development. * Organized, proactive, and committed profile. **Availability required for a 5x2 rotating schedule, including weekends.** Work Location: Poços de Caldas \- MG Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 5x2 rotating schedule, including weekends.
