WE ARE HIRING – ID LOGISTIC – Poços de Caldas \- MG Position: Inventory Analyst – Permanent Position \- CLT Work Location: ID Logístic – Poços de Caldas \- MG **Inventory Analyst** **Main Responsibilities** * Support risk analysis of operational processes, identifying potential discrepancies impacting inventory. * Monitor inventory accuracy, tracking KPIs against established targets. * Assist in root-cause analysis of discrepancies, supporting the mapping of operational processes. * Complete and track operational checklists, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by leadership. * Suggest simple improvements to controls and tools used in daily inventory routines. * Participate in operational meetings, presenting data and information upon request. * Prepare and update KPI and operational loss control reports. * Monitor the Global EPM indicator, ensuring timely system updates. * Update and consolidate daily operational data, ensuring reliability of reported information. * Support financial closing processes related to inventory discrepancies with clients. * Assist in preparing and tracking discrepancy dispute documentation. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and evidence. * Support implementation of corrective actions defined by leadership based on conducted analyses. **Behavioral Profile** Analytical, organized, and quality-oriented professional, focused on information and process integrity.
