Job Summary: Participate in production and dispatch by cutting and replacing pallet boards and planks, cleaning and maintaining pallets, and supporting general factory operations, including high-level cleaning and PTA platform operation. Opportunity for teamwork and collaboration **Job Description:** Participate in production and dispatch by cutting and replacing pallet boards and planks, cleaning and maintaining pallets, and supporting general factory operations, including high-level cleaning and assisting with PTA platform operation. **Responsibilities:** Cut and replace pallet boards and planks; perform pallet maintenance and cleaning; assist with factory operations and PTA platform operation; ensure workplace organization and safety. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school education preferred but not mandatory); good physical condition and adherence to safety regulations; collaborative, punctual, and responsible attitude. **Competencies:** Teamwork, organization, productivity, quality, collaboration, punctuality, initiative, and effective communication. **Working Hours:** 3 positions: administrative shift from 07:30 to 17:18; 1 position: intermediate shift from 17:03 to 02:16
