Development of service portfolio and customer relationship Description: * Academic Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Agronomy preferred; * Advanced knowledge of bioinputs; * Valid driver's license category B; * Familiarity with crops in the operational region; * Willingness to travel; * Headquarters Municipality: Araxá, Uberaba. Responsible for providing technical leadership to the regional team and managing strategic initiatives to increase bioinput adoption rates within the assigned region. Maintain active relationships with major customers, prospects, and key regional consultants. Develop, implement, and manage service portfolios for customers and prospects—including field days, lectures, training sessions, demonstration plots, product launches, among others—to ensure market positioning of our solutions and measurement of their outcomes.
