If you are a strong communicator, comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, curious, engaged, and innovative—this position is for you!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Collaborate with the Facilities service provider to ensure conservation of internal and external areas, cleaning, maintenance, leasing, and security; oversee all related activities to maximize end-user comfort and safety. Monitor building maintenance using checklists, aiming to prevent breakdowns and repairs. Register suppliers and real estate partners in the system. Record supplier invoices in the Oracle system to track managerial budgets and process supplier payments. Monitor protests and notices issued to SPEs via email from the RTF agency to enable preventive credit protection measures. Control corporate costs by allocating expenses across cost centers to monitor overall spending. Issue debit notes to related companies using internal documents to ensure accurate final cost allocation. Procure general company supplies (office materials, consumables, etc.) through supplier contracts to maintain proper inventory control. Update the department’s performance indicator spreadsheet in Excel for monthly tracking of the bonus policy.
