Ensure students' well-being while cultivating positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. * Be familiar with teaching materials/curriculum proposals, regulations, policies, and relevant legislation governing the school's activities; * + Organize and plan classes in advance; + Prepare assessments promptly using standardized formatting; + Develop and research supplementary teaching materials in collaboration with the pedagogical coordination team; + Assist in organizing and implementing academic and administrative calendar events, taking leadership for discipline-related events and activities; + Participate in planning and executing educational programs and projects; + Attend class councils, pedagogical meetings, and study groups or training sessions; + Mediate classroom conflicts peacefully and empathetically; + Substitute for other teachers when necessary; + Support students' learning by ensuring conditions conducive to their physical and mental health; + Develop and implement work plans aligned with the school's pedagogical proposal; + Design remedial strategies for underperforming students; + Conduct scheduled teaching days and class hours, and fully participate in periods dedicated to planning, assessment, and professional development; + Collaborate on school-family-community engagement activities; + Carry out daily tasks fostering mutual respect and relationships conducive to learning; + Accurately, precisely, and promptly record all aspects of program implementation, attendance, and student performance; + Record daily working hours on the time sheet; + Maintain school property, cleanliness, and reputation; + Comply with all provisions outlined in the school's regulations, directives issued by higher authorities, and federal, state, and municipal legislation; + Participate in events, courses, training sessions, and meetings whenever requested or initiated independently, provided authorization is obtained from the School Administration, aiming at professional improvement; + Fully comply with scheduled working hours and established shifts; + Maintain and promote a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other members of the school community; + Perform duties with competence, diligence, punctuality, responsibility, care, discretion, and integrity; + Fulfill work plans according to goals and standards set by the School Administration.
