Guide students in self-awareness, intellectual life, and emotional development, interfacing with all members of the school community to establish an environment of joy, trust, and respect, thereby contributing to students’ holistic development. * Respond daily to emails received via electronic mail; * + Log in daily to the Electronic Agenda to check for messages requiring reply or dispatch to students, parents, and guardians, and stay informed of institutional announcements; + Keep function-related control documents updated and completed; + Guide students in their personal development, focusing on the formation of their values, attitudes, emotions, and feelings; + Guide, listen to, and engage in dialogue with students, teachers, administrators, guardians, and the broader community; + Participate in the development and implementation of the school’s political-pedagogical project and its pedagogical proposal; + Assist teachers in understanding student behavior and responding appropriately; + Support teachers in addressing students’ learning difficulties; + Mediate conflicts among students, teachers, and other members of the school community; + Circulate throughout the school to observe and guide students during integration activities; + Conduct individual and group meetings with students and/or with parents and guardians; + Build rapport with students to understand various situations, such as disciplinary issues, intellectual development, health concerns, etc.; + Guide students in their studies to enhance learning effectiveness; + Provide resources and strategies for students whose academic performance falls below average; + Participate in the school’s assessment process and student remediation; + Attend events, courses, training sessions, and meetings whenever requested or upon personal initiative, provided authorization is obtained from the School Administration, aiming at professional development; + Fully comply with scheduled working hours and assigned shifts; + Maintain and promote a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other segments of the school community; + Perform duties competently, consistently, punctually, responsibly, diligently, discreetly, and honestly; + Carry out work plans in accordance with goals and standards established by the School Administration.
