




Description: * High school diploma; * Preferred: Technical course in Administration; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel is essential!); * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation, administrative techniques, and control procedures; * Familiarity with procurement processes and organizational methods; * Soft Skills: Proactivity and initiative, organization and time management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork; * Advantages: Courses or certifications in administrative management or advanced Excel. * Organize documents related to onboarding, offboarding, periodic evaluations, and other HR-controlled documents across branches; * Manage third-party service contracts, monitoring deadlines, arranging renewals, and taking other necessary actions under supervision; * Monitor company operating licenses and authorizations, submitting required documentation as needed; * Track infrastructure- and asset-related requirements—including inspections, maintenance, and necessary improvements—to appropriately route requests; * Participate in budgeting for significant services and purchases, such as construction projects, renovations, and high-value assets; * Procure disposable materials related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including disposable caps, lab coats, gloves, etc.; * Provide administrative support to the laboratory—e.g., requesting invoices, verifying that automatic replenishment stock levels function properly to prevent shortages, requisitioning materials, and initiating material purchases; * Provide administrative support to the Quality Control (QC) department—e.g., verifying invoices and forwarding them for payment; * Maintain coffee inventory records in the system to ensure organization and facilitate operational management; * Handle branch-level financial and accounting matters, assisting in organizing corporate operations; * Receive and assist customers and suppliers at the front desk, registering them and directing them internally to respective departments; * Strictly adhere to the company’s quality, safety, health, and environmental standards, in alignment with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, the Company Code of Conduct, and its core values and principles. 2512110202491616489
