Job Summary:
Assist the academic coordination team in all activities related to students' academic life, provide administrative support to students and teachers, and serve the public.

* Assist the academic coordination team in all activities related to students' academic life, performing administrative support tasks for students and teachers.
* Provide in-person, remote, and telephone service to internal and external stakeholders.
* + Visit classrooms to take attendance after the late arrival grace period, when necessary;
+ Contact guardians of absent students to determine the reason for absence, sending an e\-mail to Coordination and Guidance listing names and reasons for absences.
+ Contact parents of students who feel unwell, following authorization from Coordination, Supervision, and/or Guidance.
+ Organize civic moments according to the schedule, preparing required materials (flags, sound system, laptop, and USB drive containing national and school anthems) and informing school administrators.
+ Deliver messages or materials to classrooms.
+ Administer recovery and substitute assessments to students.
+ Monitor mock exam administration and address emerging needs.
+ Provide support, as needed, in grading mock exams.
+ Provide support, as needed, in tracking student grades based on assessments and assignments submitted by morning and afternoon faculty, verifying point distribution, deadlines, and rules to be followed by teachers.
+ Monitor grade entry into the system, including Academic Life grades, when required.
+ Schedule meetings with guardians, faculty, and students according to demands from Guidance, Supervision, and/or Coordination.
+ Manage textbook distribution to students, as needed, verifying payment status with the administrative department.
+ Manage appointment schedules for Coordinators and/or Pedagogical Supervisors.
+ Periodically organize documents and files.
+ Update notices on the Coordination and Faculty bulletin boards.
+ Type and digitize documents as needed.
+ Assist with various college activities during vacation periods.
+ Log in daily to the college's official communication platform to check for messages requiring replies or dispatches to students, parents, and guardians, and stay informed about institutional announcements;
+ Verify data in the Academic Life spreadsheet within the system, deducting points from students based on behavior and issuing warnings per Coordination’s requirements.
+ Substitute for teachers when necessary.
+ Print assessments, assignments, and activities per shift requirements, except for standardized exams, which are handled by the School Secretariat.
+ Create and post afternoon faculty lesson plans in Google Classroom.
+ Assist during recess periods whenever necessary.
+ Monitor students outside classrooms whenever necessary.
+ Supervise afternoon-shift student dismissals.
+ Cover coffee breaks for certain staff members, as needed.
+ Participate in events, courses, training sessions, and meetings upon request or on one’s own initiative, provided prior authorization is obtained from the School Administration, aiming at professional development.
+ Fully comply with scheduled working hours and assigned shifts.
+ Maintain and promote a cooperative work environment with colleagues, students, parents, and other members of the school community.
+ Perform duties competently, consistently, punctually, responsibly, diligently, discreetly, and honestly.
+ Fulfill work plans according to goals and standards established by the School Administration.
