Development of clear, patient, and welcoming communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break; **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship **Position located in São Sebastião do Paraíso\-MG** Responsibilities: * Provide cooperative member support via phone, chat, and e\-mail; * Identify and resolve cooperative members' issues and questions; * Record information from support interactions using the system; * Offer products and services; contact cooperative members for post\-sales follow-up and welcome messages; * Participate in events, training sessions, and team meetings; * Stay updated on the cooperative's products and services; * Perform other related tasks as needed or per instructions from immediate leadership and area-specific procedures. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Basic computer skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills—clear, patient, and welcoming; * Must reside in São Sebastião do Paraíso; * Preferred Qualification: Experience in high-volume telephone support, preferably within a Relationship Center. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
