Experience in managing light and heavy fleets A multinational infrastructure company is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to lead the strategic management of fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum asset availability, structuring and enhancing processes, controlling costs, and leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement—directly contributing to operational performance and results. Requirements Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience in managing light and heavy fleets; Experience implementing or structuring fleet management processes; Experience in maintenance management, fuel management, contract management, and telematics; Knowledge of budgetary management, performance indicators (KPIs), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis; Knowledge of traffic legislation and risk management. Differentiators Postgraduate degree or MBA in Fleet Management, Strategic Planning, or related fields; Certifications in Fleet Management, Project Management (PMP), or Asset Management (ISO 55001); Experience in decarbonization projects. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
