Ensure customer service quality and customer satisfaction. Train and guide staff to ensure adherence to service and hygiene standards. Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory to ensure sufficient stock for demand. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the restaurant. Assist in developing work schedules and managing employee working hours. Resolve conflicts between staff and customers when necessary. Assist in preparing performance reports and sales targets. Position based in Passos / MG.
