Ensure customer service quality and customer satisfaction. Train and guide staff to comply with customer service and hygiene standards. Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the restaurant. Assist in preparing staff work schedules and managing employee working hours. Resolve conflicts between staff and customers when necessary. Assist in preparing performance reports and sales targets. Position located in Passos / MG.
