Support in organizing and improving processes **Dipack Logística**, a company specializing in workforce solutions for the Logistics sector, is hiring professionals to work with our partner **Heineken**, in **Passos \- MG**. **Position:** Logistics Leader **Number of vacancies:** 2 **Available shifts:** * 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) * 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 400.00 * Chartered Transportation * Dental Plan **Requirements:** * Completed high school (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) * Experience in the logistics field * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of logistics operational processes (warehousing, material handling, shipping) **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the operational team * Monitor receiving and shipping activities * Ensure achievement of operational goals and deadlines * Track performance indicators * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Support logistics process organization and improvement Join our team and grow with us!
