Job Summary: Electro Plastic is seeking a technical and detail-oriented Flexographic Colorist or Ink Preparer for visual quality control in flexographic printing. Key Highlights: 1. The company specializes in injection molding of technical plastic parts and flexible packaging solutions, serving the automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors with high precision and advanced technology. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare inks for the flexographic printing process; * Perform color adjustment and control during printing, ensuring fidelity to the approved standard; * Ensure produced hues strictly comply with customer specifications and quality standards; * Identify and correct color variations in flexible packaging throughout the production process; * Develop and create new colors as required; * Adjust solvent-based inks, respecting the technical characteristics of the process; * Monitor and control color quality during printing, performing comparisons against visual standards; * Perform on-machine color corrections (on flexographic presses), ensuring tone consistency and repeatability; * Collaborate closely with printing operators and other production departments; * Contribute to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety, following 5S practices. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a colorist or ink preparer in flexographic printing; * Practical knowledge of color and solvent-based ink adjustment; * Experience with visual quality control and color standards; * Attention to detail, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills. **Working Hours:** * Rotating 5x2 schedule – Two shifts: * 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM * 3:10 PM to 1:10 AM * Shift rotation every 6 months. **Location:** * Varginha – MG **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Chartered transportation; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance of R$ 325.00; * Corporate university; * Gym partnership and pharmacy discount program. **Interested in this opportunity?
