We are looking for a dedicated and attentive professional to work as a **Phlebotomist**, responsible for performing laboratory blood collections safely, with quality and humanization, ensuring patient comfort and confidence. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform blood collection (venous, capillary, and, when necessary, other biological samples); * Correctly identify patients and samples, following safety protocols; * Prepare and guide patients before, during, and after collection; * Organize and sanitize the work environment and materials used; * Strictly adhere to biosafety standards and good laboratory practices; * Assist in controlling departmental materials and supplies; * Record information in internal systems and/or forms. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Clinical Analysis; * Proven experience in blood collection; * Skill in humanized patient care; * Good communication, responsibility, and organization. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in laboratories or clinics; * Proficiency with computerized systems; * Updated biosafety training. **Working hours:** From 07:00 to 16:00 **Work location:** Bonifácio Clinic – Sobradinho – DF Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
