




An HR consulting firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant professional in Várzea Paulista. **Responsibilities:** Customer / accredited provider service. Receiving information for insurance appointment scheduling (via e-mail or portal). Scheduling, developing schedules, monitoring and tracking in-company services. Managing shared spreadsheets with clients (entering relevant information). Managing service statuses / uploading documentation to the portal. Gate One system training. Issuing vouchers together with the support laboratory. Registering collection kits on our portal. Monitoring inventory levels and expiration dates of supplies at accredited providers. Verifying invoices from support laboratories. Managing accredited providers’ schedules. Document management for active accredited providers and new prospects. Issuing technical training certificates. Managing logistics for samples and equipment.
