Job Summary: The professional will provide technical support to network and equipment users, performing maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware and software. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe. #VemSerAlvoarLácteos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to computer network users, including assembling, repairing, and configuring equipment, as well as assisting with the use of available hardware and software; * Maintain an inventory of existing hardware, tracking purchase invoices, maintenance contracts, and warranty periods; * Train users on available applications and provide support in resolving issues; * Contact software vendors to resolve problems related to purchased applications; * Assemble equipment and deploy systems used by service units, while training users; * Participate in the evaluation process for new software and in the procurement process for application software; * Develop small programs to improve user-support interaction; * Perform equipment maintenance and preservation; * Conduct backups and other data security procedures; * Create and implement access and usage restriction procedures for the network, such as passwords, drive removal, etc.; * Install software upgrades and perform other adaptations/modifications to enhance equipment performance; * Participate in the evaluation of computer components/accessories and materials requiring specification or configuration; * Prepare reports documenting performed technical work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English proficiency is desirable. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal allowance; * Unimed health plan (voluntary enrollment); * Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); * Physical store offering discounted products; * Powdered milk for children aged 1 to 5 years of employees; * ARCE; * E-learning platforms; * Group life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
