Experience with optical fiber and connectorization Telecom Assistant / Technician – Internal GPON/FTTH Network (Construction \& Maintenance) — Duoward (Parques Pauá \& Tuna) — Capitólio/MG Job Summary: Duoward is seeking a Telecom Technician/Assistant to work on internal GPON/FTTH network infrastructure at Parques Pauá and Tuna. The professional will oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications; perform minor installations and connectorizations; conduct network and link testing; and provide remote support when necessary. Experience in fiber splicing is a plus. This role requires attention to as\-built documentation and, ideally, the ability to update .dwg drawings. Main Responsibilities: \* Monitor and supervise GPON/FTTH network infrastructure construction projects according to design specifications. \* Verify installation compliance with blueprints, standards, and internal guidelines. \* Perform fiber optic cable connectorization and termination, including quality testing. \* Carry out minor network installations and activations as needed. \* Document construction/network work: record as\-built configurations, update blueprints where applicable (DWG proficiency preferred). \* Provide basic remote support when required, coordinated with the central team. Mandatory Requirements: \* Experience with optical fiber — fiber pulling, connectorization. \* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP concepts, fundamental routing, network equipment configuration). \* Basic computer skills (Windows, everyday office tools). \* Availability to work on-site and in internal field environments. \* Completed high school education (a technical course in networking/telecom is a plus). Desirable Qualifications: \* Experience in fiber splicing. \* Proficiency in drawing or editing engineering plans (files in .dwg / CAD format). \* Experience in small-scale network installations, maintenance, or internal infrastructure. \* Basic understanding of IP CCTV, access control systems, or corporate Wi\-Fi. Work Regime \& Location: \* 40-hour workweek, standard 5-day schedule (Mon\-Fri), with possible adjustments by mutual agreement. \* Location: Parques Pauá \& Tuna — Capitólio/MG.
