Job Summary: A customer service professional responsible for presenting products and services, managing inventory and store organization, handling budgets and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve customers and understand their needs; present available in-store products and services according to the product catalog; 2. Verify product availability in internal inventory and/or with pre-established external suppliers to deliver the service; 3. Prepare the vehicle for in-store service, open the service order, and complete the vehicle checklist; 4. Prepare and present the budget and commercial terms of sale to the customer via system to finalize the purchase, in accordance with internally established rules and predefined standards for each customer type (Standard, B2Fleet, Corporate Agreements, etc); 5. Issue fiscal invoices to customers and provide warranties for products and services rendered; 6. Provide budget estimates for products and services through customer service channels. Proactively follow up on budgets originating from remote channels and respond to customers who requested quotations at the branch, using the systems provided for customer contact and appointment scheduling; 7. Handle complaints regarding sold products and services, forwarding them to the responsible department for analysis when technical assessments are required (e.g., tire warranties); 8. Support inventory management of products and parts; 9. Maintain store and sales area organization and standardization according to established guidelines.
