Senior HR Business Partner Analyst - Passos/MG

**Title:** Senior HR Business Partner Analyst - Passos/MG - (On-site) **Job Mission:** Responsible for Human Resources activities across its subsystems of Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development (Technical and Behavioral), Organizational Development, and Labor Relations, focusing on meeting local demands from internal clients and ensuring the execution of corporate and strategic HR initiatives from the Company. Primary internal clients, in the role of business partner, include: Brewery Director, Brewing Process Managers, Packaging Manager, Industrial Facilities Manager, Distribution Manager, Quality Coordinator, TPM Coordinator, and SHE Coordinator. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of various management systems at the unit, including ISO 9001/14001/45001, FSSC 22000 (where applicable), HACCP, LSS / LSS in line (where applicable), among others. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure the dissemination of HEINEKEN values, leadership expectations, and behaviors to the supported teams. 2. Support teams on all people-related matters, providing generalist HR support, answering team questions, and assisting with processes involving HR specialist areas and other Company departments. 3. Support the implementation and evaluation of human resources processes and policies, ensuring correct execution, providing guidance, and maintaining close contact with client areas to contribute to continuous improvements. 4. Participate in departmental meetings and internal and/or external organized events to ensure a deep understanding of the specific reality and context of the client's activities and to provide relevant HR representation and contribution. 5. Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects by working closely with HR specialist areas and clients. 6. Support, train, and guide managers and employees in HEINEKEN's performance management system (Performance Management), monitoring and tracking its various stages, performing analyses, and providing feedback and improvement recommendations to the HR Planning & Compensation team throughout the annual cycle. 7. Control personnel budgets and headcounts in client areas and support the development of the Annual Plan. 8. Collaborate with the R&S (Recruitment & Selection) area by understanding managers' needs regarding desired candidate profiles and participating in interviews with final candidates. 9. Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes, coordinating with other departments. 10. Develop, implement, and monitor PAT (Action Plans) for the areas. 11. Ensure the development and engagement of clients with Organizational Climate plans, as well as ongoing monitoring and necessary adjustments. 12. Support managers with coaching, mentoring, and feedback tools. 13. Responsible for managing supplier contracts and their registration qualification. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed – Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
